Andrew’s career in the film and television industry began as an assistant editor 24 years ago, editing national ad campaigns for Wendy’s, Chef Boyardee, TWA, and Tylenol, at Bert’s Place Editorial in New York.

Andrew moved into production and managed and produced commercial spots at Screen Gems for The United Way, United States Postal Service, Advil and Visa.

Most recently, Andrew was an EIC (Engineer in Charge) for CBS’s daytime drama, Guiding Light, helping to develop and technically fine-tune Guiding Light’s new production model.  This model changed the way soap operas, network and cable television created and produced programming.  Using multi-talented crews, inexpensive handheld digital cameras, and editing on desktop computers, Guiding Light was at the forefront of the television industry’s digital revolution.

Andrew was a member of the 2007 Emmy award winning audio team at Guiding Light. He has also been recognized with five Emmy nominations for his work as a Camera Operator and Audio Technician on Guiding Light, One Life to Live, All My Children, The Whoopi Show and The NFL Today.

Andrew is a member of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.
